I’m Carla Powell, a Principal Broker and a native Oregonian who grew up on the other side of the mountain and then with our family decided we liked sunshine and snow better than rain – though I do miss the Rhododendrons this time of year! We have been here for 19 years and love all those things Central Oregon, I love to hike and even thought it would be fun to write a Central Oregon’s Trail Book when I first moved here only to find out it had already been written about 6 times! We spend a lot of weekends at Lake Billy Chinook from spring to fall and own a little peace of heaven there. I have been working in the Real Estate field for over 20 years, it is my most favorite, best job ever. I volunteer in the children’s ministry at church. I am married with six children, & many delightful grandchildren who I love spending time with. I also like to play board games, travel, read, go on walks, and appreciate nature & beautiful art.

Hey! I’m Cathryn, I grew up in Sisters and currently live in Prineville which I absolutely love! Mine and my husbands dream was to move back in Central Oregon after being away at college and for the first few years of work, to be close to family and we made that dream a reality in 2016. I am a mother to two, a soccer coach, a volunteer in the children’s ministry at church, and hands down my favorite place to be is wakesurfing at Billy Chinook or Prineville Reservoir during the Summer.

Hi, I’m Marnae I have lived in Redmond for 15 years and have always stayed very involved in my community. I’m a fitness instructor at the Redmond Park and Rec Center, am currently a soccer coach, teach the youth at my church, and I’m a Parent and Youth Advocate for Clear Alliance. I’m married with four boys, and I like to water ski and snow ski.
